Your monthly service payment includes:

• 3 Custom letters per cycle. This includes disputing of up to 5 credit items per bureau per cycle or up to 3 direct creditor disputes or interventions per cycle.
• Disputing / Merging of unauthorized inquiries.
• Public record disputes in the attempt to
  remove unverifiable public records such
  as bankruptcies, judgments and liens.
• Direct creditor goodwill interventions sent
  in the attempt to remove mild late payments.
• Correction of conflicting personal
  information, such as incorrect name(s)
  alias(s), address's(s), social security
  number(s), date of birth and
  employment information.
• Identity theft resolution assistance for those
  who have been affected by identity theft.

• Supplementary credit references requests to
  ask current creditors who are not reporting to begin reporting to the credit bureaus to help add already active trade lines and improve credit scores.
