Q: What service do you provide?
A: We provide Credit Improvement services. ^

Q: How do you “improve” credit?
A: We do everything within our power to improve your credit report scores with Equifax, Trans-Union and Experian. Our initial analysis will identify all negative information and problematic issues affecting your credit reports. Once we identify the problems, we provide a thorough consultation. We want to empower you by giving you advice and making recommendations regarding every aspect of your credit reports and we will use your feedback to do a better job for you. Once you’re on-board, we do all the work. Just sit back and wait for the results in the mail. We will be behind the scene systematically disputing your questionable negative items with all 3 bureaus. Under Federal Law each bureau has 30 days to investigate the disputed information. If they cannot verify it, they must delete it. We repeat this process in 30-60 day cycles until your credit reports are clean and you are satisfied. Please see “Process” for more details. ^

Q: After my enrollment, how do I track my progress?
A: You will receive (3) updated credit reports in the mail every 45 days or so. The credit reports will each include an “Investigation Results” page that clearly shows a list of the items investigated along with the result for each investigation. We ask that you mail us the results in the envelopes we provide free of charge. ^

Q: What do you do to help with my debt?

A: Agreeable, your debt is an extremely important factor and cannot be neglected. We will carefully analyze your outstanding debts and make recommendations based on what we see. ^

Q: No one will approve me because of my bad credit. Do you help me rebuild my credit?

A: Indeed we can point you in the right direction of lenders that are willing to give you a 2nd chance at building credit.  Building credit is a LONG TERM goal and cannot be accomplished overnight so as we begin by building a strong foundation and you can count on us to be here to give you tips and advice along the way. ^

Q: Do you help with identity theft or fraud?
A: Yes, we can help you with identity theft issues including contacting creditors, providing affidavits and anything else that needs to be done to restore your identity and your credit reports. ^

Q: How can you help with late payments on open accounts?
A: We can help with late payments on both open and closed accounts. With closed accounts, it is nearly impossible to remove the late payments without removing the entire account, so if the account is closed we typically challenge the item with the credit bureaus and remove the entire listing however with open accounts we can try to help in several different ways. We send “Goodwill Interventions” which are very pleasant letters asking the creditor to remove the late payment(s) as a courtesy and they often do exactly that. This removes the late payments while salvaging the positive credit and often moves the account from the derogatory section to a positive account status. If this fails to create a positive result, we still have the right to challenge the questionable late payments directly with the creditor which has also been proven to be effective. ^

Q: Can you delete inquiries?
A: Yes, we can help you by challenging and removing questionable inquiries and each deletion will increase your credit score. ^

Q: What about public records such as bankruptcy, liens and judgments; do the same laws apply to them and can you remove them from my credit report?
A: Any information appearing on your credit reports is subject to strict laws under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and we have successfully removed every type of public record many times over. Our experience has shown that public records are often the first items to fall off credit reports during the dispute process. ^

Q: Your service agreement talks about privacy protection. What does that entail?
A: We provide several valuable benefits to help protect your privacy. We notify the credit bureaus to remove stop selling your personal information to direct mail/marketing companies to help reduce junk mail such as pre-approved credit and insurance offers. We also request a promotional inquiry block to keep prying eyes off your credit reports. This protects your privacy and reduces your risk of identity theft. ^

Q: Equifax is showing my date of birth incorrectly, can you fix it?
A: Yes, we take every aspect of your credit seriously. We correct and update it with your true and correct information including your full and correct name, social security number, date of birth, address history and employment history. Lenders favor seeing consistent personal information and it reduces mixed credit files, mistakes and the potential of identity theft. ^

Q: How much does your Credit Improvement Service cost?

A: Credit is a necessity and impacts nearly every aspect of our lives. For those who have poor credit, high interest rates and deposits further inflate the cost of living and make ordinary purchases seem out of reach. Our service only costs $95 per month for a minimum of 3 months.  We provide free automatic reoccurring billing payable by VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card. ^

Q: What is your Client Referral Program?
A: Once you become a client, referring friends and family will save you money! Simply tell them to mention your name when they enroll and we will automatically reduce our monthly service by $15 as long as they actively enrolled in our Credit Improvement Program. With each referral you can reduce or even eliminate our fee and get free service. Learn more by visiting “Referrals”. ^

Q: Do you charge in advance for your services?

A: We never charge you in advance.  Our retroactive billing charges you the first monthly payment after we have completed setting up your account. The following monthly payment is not due until we have performed the work for the previous month. ^

Q: How long does the set-up process take?
A: Our setup process usually takes 48 hours depending on quickly you provide your credit reports. ^

Q: Do you offer a discount if others enroll with me?
A: Yes, our service fees are reduced substantially when you enroll in groups of two or more. Each individual will receive his/her own individual private account, but the billing must be together to qualify for this special discount. ^

Q: How can I be sure you are legitimate?
A: We can assure you that we are licensed to do business in all 50 states and have an impeccable reputation. If you need references, give us a call and we will connect you with some of our satisfied customers. Our business license number is 2008-17700 registered in Palm Beach County Florida.
